Competition Draw
The Competition is a game of chance. Each eligible entrant has an equal chance of winning the Competition.
The Competition draw ("Draw") will take place at Level 1, 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria, at 4:00 PM 23rd March 2016 and a randomly selected entrant ("Winner") will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry by 5:00 PM 30th March 2016 ("Winner Contact Date").
The Winner's name will be published on the Website and on the Promoter's social media accounts.
If the Winner cannot be contacted and does not contact the Promoter within 28 days of the Winner Contact Date, the Promoter will at the same place as the Draw, conduct a further draw ("Second Draw") and randomly select an entrant ("Second Winner"). Following the Second Draw, the Promoter will attempt to contact the Second Winner. If the Second Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the Second Draw, the Second Winner will forfeit and the process will be repeated until a randomly selected entrant is successfully contacted by the Promoter.

The Competition Winner will be awarded an Apple 13-inch MacBook Air 256GB valued at approximately $999 AUD.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Any unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or similar value.
The Promoter may require the Winner to provide acceptable identification or proof of age before awarding the Prize.
